Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, money orders, certified checks and PayPal for payment.

Shipping
Shipping is made within one business day after receiving payment and we provide a number of shipping options depending upon where you reside.  When you begin the checkout process and select your location, our system will provide you with your shipping options if we offer more than one for your area. You may then select whatever method you prefer.

Returns
At Fitco Trading (Canada) Corp., your satisfaction is important to us. We allow returns and full credit minus actual shipping  for any unused products in its original packing with a copy of original invoice that are returned to us, shipping and taxes (if there are any) prepaid, within 30 days of our invoice date. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee and must be sent by registered mails, US customers use USPS only, no other couriers accepted. On the parcel, please mark "Return product, no commercial value" if you are not in Canada. 

Warranty
Our regular priced products have 3 years warranty  from us based on our invoice date against products' original defects or workmanship while the unit has not been tampered or abused.  Warranty is limited to the original purchaser only and only one replacement will be supplied during warranty time. When warranty needed, please send the scope in a secured package with registered mail to us, a copy of original invoice issued by us and $15.00 money order or certified check must be sent with the scope, otherwise the scope will be returned at purchaser's expense.  Special sales are not covered under warranty program.

Liability
Fitco Trading (Canada) Corp. does not accept liability beyong the standards set forth herein, including any liability for materials not being availalbe for sale or use. Fitco Trading (Canada) Corp. will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of materials, Fitco Trading (Canada) Corp. is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of materials under this agreement.
