We accept Visa, MasterCard, money orders, certified checks.

Shipping
Orders will usually be shipped within one business day depending on availability. If you ordered more than we have in stock, we will nofity you by email and your order will not be processed until we get your confirmation. Shipping charge is $15.00 per order in Canada and $20.00 in USA  by Canada Post Expedited Ground service. $30.00 per order plus $2.50 for each item by Canada Post Express service.  $100.00 shipping insurance is included for both service. For other countries, please contact us for shipping options. When you begin the checkout process and select your location, our system will provide you with your shipping options if we offer more than one for your area. You may then select whatever method you prefer.

Returns
At Fitco Trading (Canada) Corp., your satisfaction is important to us. We allow returns and full credit (not including shipping) for any unused products in its original packing with a copy of original invoice that are returned to us, shipping and taxes (if there are any) prepaid, within 30 days of our invoice date. All returns must be sent by registered mails, US customers use USPS only, no other couriers accepted. On the parcel, please mark "Return product, no commercial value" if you are not in Canada. 

Warranty
Our scopes have one year limited warranty directly from us based on our invoice date against products' original defects or workmanship while the unit has not been tampered or abused.  Warranty is limited to the original purchaser only and only one replacement will be supplied during warranty time. When warranty is needed, please send the product in a secured package with registered mail to us, US customers use USPS only, a copy of original invoice issued by us and $20.00 CAD money order or certified check issued   t to Fitco Trading Canada Corp.  for return shipping and handling must be sent together with the product, otherwise the product will be returned at purchaser's expense.  

Liability's
Fitco Trading (Canada) Corp. does not accept liability beyong the standards set forth herein, including any liability for materials not being availalbe for sale or use. Fitco Trading (Canada) Corp. will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of materials, Fitco Trading (Canada) Corp. is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of materials under this agreement.
